The life of this world
I really love this words from Ibn Hazm al-Alndalusia, he said:
"The wise man knows that the only fitting price for his soul is a place in Paradise"
I wrote it down in my personal notebook. The words is deeply meaningful and keep me to be aware of this world. There is a beautiful saying that this world is like an ocean. The more you went into the sea, the more you will suffer and exhausted.
What Quran say about this world?
The saying of Ibn Hazm has made me to read and reflect back the Quran. Searching for the life of this word. What my creator say?
What is the life of this world but play and amusement? But best is the home in the hereafter, for those who are righteous. Will ye not then understand?

I found out that, there were at least 11 places (each one is in different chapter and verse!) in the Quran that remind us about this world. Just imagine, Allah keep repeating about the life of this world to us because
He want to guide us.
He want to helps us.
To have a right way of looking at this world

Try to read our own Quran (with translation). Allah described this world with such an amazing example.
It would be very good if we are able to memorize one of this verse. (of course we have to understand its meaning also). Then we can read in solah. For sure, it will remind us and the impact to our life and solah would be different. SubhanAllah!

p/s: Tiada satu pun nikmat dunia yang dapat puaskan hati dan nafsu manusia melainkan apa yang Tuhan telah sediakan untuk hambaNya di syurga.
p/s: Nikmat dunia walau bagaimana mewah sekalipun, ia cuma sementara. Tapi nikmat syurga, Tuhan janji kekal selamanya.
p/s: Suatu yang sangat menarik bila Tuhan umpamakan kehidupan dunia itu samalah seperti hujan dan tanaman yang subur menghijau. Kemudian berlalunya masa, tanaman itu menguning, reput lalu hancur berterbangan di tiup angin. Betulah....Quran itu bermanfaat untuk orang yang berfikir.
